Billy Iuso ( Pronounced Eye-You-Sew ) GUITAR/VOCALS (Brides of Jesus)

A New York native who formed the funky, psychedelic guitar-fronted Brides of Jesus in the early ‘90s, Billy quickly developed a strong following on the Wetlands scene alongside Warren Haynes, Blues Traveler and the Spin Doctors. As the Brides’ popularity continued to soar, they shared bills with Widespread Panic and the Dave Matthews Band. While touring and collaborating with a host of key members of the jam band community, Billy explored the roots of the bands that influenced him most – including Little Feat, whose music turned him on to the Meters. Eventually, he opened for the Funky Meters at shows across the country. It wasn’t long before George Porter Jr. and Art Neville were encouraging him to relocate to New Orleans permanently, which he did in 1996.

Billy quickly established himself on the New Orleans live music scene, forming the Restless Natives in 2002 and performed regularly with the Wild Magnolias, Anders Osborne and as an original member of Dead Feat alongside Grateful Dead alum Bill Kreutzmann and Little Feat’s Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett.

Today Billy performs solo, with his band and with his Grateful Dead tribute Iko Allstars.

Reggie Scanlan BASS (Radiators)

Reggie Scanlan (b.1952) was born and raised in uptown New Orleans. He started playing bass in high school and, after attending LSUNO, began working in clubs on Bourbon St. before landing a gig with pianist James Carroll Booker lll in early 1975. Later that year he moved to CA where he spent almost 2 years playing in the Bay Area blues scene with Boogie Jake, Sonny Rhodes, Mark Hummel, Charles Brown, and others. An invitation from Prof. Longhair to join his band in early 1977 brought Scanlan back to New Orleans.  One year later he became a founding member of the Radiators; a gig that would last for the next 33 years. Following the retirement of the Radiators in 2011 he formed the New Orleans Suspects, with whom he would perform until his departure in early 2016. Since then he has been active in several bands, including Fess Around, Raw Oyster Cult, Billy Iuso and Restless Natives  and others.

Eddie Christmas DRUMS (Jon Cleary)

Known in the drum community and by his peers as “Christmas” he was born in 1980 in New Orleans, La home of some if not  THE funkiest drummers today. Eddie started playing drums in church at the age of 6 where he was under the guidance of Craig and Tom Washington who were some of the baddest cats on the gospel scene.  Eddie was blessed to have musicians that took him under their wings to guide him. His first “gig” was on Frenchman street at the age of 9 yrs old with a quartet called The Friendly Traveler every Sunday night. Over his musical journey Eddie has shared the stage with Gerald Levert, The BlackCrowes, MarvaWright, John Cleary, Bonerama, Billy Iuso and many more.

Scott Guberman KEYBOARD/VOCALS (Phil Lesh)

Scott has become an outstandingly important member of the Bay Area music scene in between his shows with Phil Lesh, appearing most often at Terrapin Crossroads. In addition to this, Guberman can be found touring the national circuit joining up with just about every professional level Grateful Dead project out there.

Scott’s history finds him breaking into the Grateful Dead scene at the turn of the millennium. He first gained recognition as a Hammond organist performing heavily with Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and former Grateful Dead keyboardist, Tom Constanten; and touring with Grateful Dead’s final keyboardist, Vince Welnick.
